Synopsis: Craig McMahon's indie horror-thriller The Crypt follows six young--and Abercrombie & Finch-ish--thieves who break into an underground catacomb in order to steal jewelry that was buried there during the "Great Depression" era, but they find themselves fighting off some undead inhabitants who have been guarding the jewels for decades. Starring a group of first-time actors and unknowns (as well as reality TV star Mike Ranallo), The Crypt was originally titled Tomb Raider: The Ride, but had to change its name due to copyright infringement. It's now playing in select theatres.
